Clinical Implementation Specialist

Own day-to-day relationships with Psyrin customers: train clinic staff, support launches on site, and help each clinic get the most out of Mira.

Apply for this role Clinical implementationSan Francisco Bay Area

The role

You'll help clinics get the most out of Mira, day to day. You'll run training sessions for clinic staff, support launches on site, and be a first point of contact on our support line. As you grow, you'll take on accounts of your own.

You'll report to our Clinical Implementation Lead, who will set your priorities and support you with senior customer relationships. It's a hands-on role with plenty of time in clinics, and a clear path to owning accounts as you build experience.

What you'll do

Look after accounts

  • Take day-to-day ownership of a number of clinic accounts, with direction from the Clinical Implementation Lead.
  • Join regular meetings with clinic leadership, from clinical directors to executives, and prepare notes and follow-ups.
  • Track how each clinic is using Mira and raise drops in usage early.
  • Pass on customization requests and feedback from clinics to the product team.

Train clinic staff

  • Run training sessions for clinicians, intake coordinators, and admin staff on Mira's workflows, including how risk disclosures are escalated to a clinician.
  • Run refresher sessions and onboard new staff as clinics grow.
  • Keep training materials and guides up to date as the product changes.

Support clinic launches

  • Be on site for launches, helping front desk, intake, and clinical staff through their first days on Mira.
  • Help set up kiosks, phone lines, and telehealth workflows, working with clinic IT teams.
  • Follow each launch plan and flag risks early to the Clinical Implementation Lead.

Staff the support line

  • Answer support calls and messages from clinic staff during customer business hours.
  • Triage issues, reproduce bugs, and write clear tickets for engineering.
  • Escalate safety-related issues immediately, following our escalation process.
  • Follow up with clinics until each issue is resolved.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years working in or with behavioral health or healthcare settings, such as community mental health, addiction treatment, CCBHCs, FQHCs, or a health-tech support or implementation team.
  • Experience training or teaching others, whether running staff sessions, onboarding colleagues, or educating patients.
  • Comfort with technology: you pick up new software quickly and can walk someone through a problem step by step.
  • Able to write clear, detailed tickets: what happened, how to reproduce it, and what the clinic expected, so engineers can act without chasing details.
  • Clear, patient communication, in person, on the phone, and in writing.
  • Confidence speaking with senior leaders, including clinical directors and executives, in regular meetings.
  • Good organization: you keep track of open issues and follow them through.
  • Sound judgment on when to solve something yourself and when to escalate.
  • Willingness to learn HIPAA requirements and handle protected health information carefully.
  • Able to travel regularly to clinic sites across the US.

Nice to have

  • A clinical degree or license, or one in progress, such as MSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or RN.
  • Clinical-facing experience in community behavioral health, such as case management, intake coordination, peer support, or behavioral health technician work.
  • Experience using a behavioral health EHR, such as CareLogic, SmartCare, or Netsmart myAvatar.
  • Experience on a support desk or help line.
  • Experience with clinical trials or medical research in any context.
  • Experience at an early-stage health-tech company.
