About Psyrin

Building precision psychiatry.

We combine expertise in AI, neuroscience, and clinical practice to build solutions for every dimension of mental health assessment and care.

Our story

Psyrin emerged from a collaboration between doctors, clinical psychologists, and AI researchers who recognized the transformative potential of AI in mental healthcare.

Our founding team saw firsthand how clinicians were overwhelmed with administrative tasks, and how patients struggled with fragmented assessment processes and limited support between sessions.

Psyrin was created to address these challenges — through AI-powered structured interviews, comprehensive patient monitoring, and emerging biomarker integration, we're methodically laying the groundwork for precision psychiatry.

What we believe

Principle 01

Quality is the engine of engagement, outcome, and financial sustainability. We prioritize it at every step.

Principle 02

Our technology is built on scientific foundations — every feature and algorithm developed with rigorous research and clinical testing.

Principle 03

We deploy AI responsibly, guided by ethics, safety, and impact. Every solution is informed by patient and clinician feedback.

Looking forward · our roadmap

Four pillars for the future of mental health assessment.

Today, Mira runs the workflow. Tomorrow, the same platform powers the next generation of evidence-based psychiatry. Every line of code we ship and every study we run ladders up to one of these four pillars.

PILLAR 01

Objective

Measurement, not impression.

Reduce subjective bias while preserving clinical judgment. Structured frameworks plus emerging objective measures replace freeform recall with auditable signal.

  • Symptom identification mapped directly to DSM criteria with full audit trail
  • Structured assessment on validated, peer-reviewed clinical frameworks
  • Patent-pending vocal biomarkers for psychosis, depression and anxiety
  • Multi-modal fusion of interviews, sessions, PROMs and biomarkers
PILLAR 02

Longitudinal

A continuous record, not a single visit.

Mental health is a trajectory. Mira captures the full arc — between visits, across episodes, over years — so clinicians see change as it happens.

  • Automated check-ins between visits with symptom tracking
  • PROM cadence delivered by phone or kiosk, scored over time
  • Episode progression capture — PRIME study on first-episode psychosis relapse
  • Treatment-response curves visible the next time a patient walks in
PILLAR 03

Scalable

Reach beyond the four walls of the clinic.

Standardised assessment delivered by voice agent and kiosk multiplies clinician capacity and brings rigorous psychiatry to populations who can't access it today.

  • Voice agent conducting structured DAs over the phone, on demand
  • Walk-in kiosk for triage, intake, PROMs and UDS — no scheduling required
  • Patent-pending voice biomarkers enabling scalable, objective measurement
  • Consistent quality across diverse populations and care settings
PILLAR 04

Personalized

Decisions tuned to this patient, not the average.

The same data that makes assessment objective also makes treatment specific. Mira moves toward prediction — matching the right intervention to the right patient at the right time.

  • Real-time SmartTips surfacing relevant findings during the encounter
  • Treatment-response prediction for TMS and esketamine (in research)
  • Publication in Translational Psychiatry on prediction models
  • Care plans informed by the patient's own longitudinal signal
